The deal, in plain words.

Using Sunny means agreeing to what is on this page. It is deliberately short. If something here seems unreasonable, do not use the product — but please tell us why first.
What Sunny is
A set of realtime activities for two people in two places. You open a room, your partner joins with the code, and you play. It runs in a browser and there is nothing to install.
What it costs today
Nothing. Every activity is open, with no limits and no card. That is a deliberate choice for this stage rather than a promotion with a countdown on it. If that ever changes, the price will be stated plainly before you are asked for anything, and nothing you have already made will be taken away or locked behind a payment.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13. Some question packs are written for adults and are marked as such; do not open those if you are under 18. You are responsible for what happens in your room, including who you invite into it by sharing the code.
Your side of it
- Do not use Sunny to harass, threaten or humiliate anybody — including the person you are playing with.
- Do not upload pictures of people who have not agreed to be photographed.
- Do not upload anything illegal. Sexual content involving minors will be reported.
- Do not attack the service: no scraping, no hammering the API, no trying to reach other people's rooms.
- Do not resell it or pass it off as your own.
We can end access for any of the above. Realistically this is one person running a small service, so enforcement means a room stops working, not a legal process.
What you make is yours
Photos, drawings, answers, letters, boards — yours, both of you. We claim no ownership and we do not use them to promote anything. Nothing either of you made will appear on this website, in a screenshot, or in any advertisement without you being asked first and saying yes.
The one licence you give us is the boring, necessary one: permission to move your content between the two of you and store it if you asked us to save it, purely so the product can work.
Rooms disappear. Do not use this as storage.
A room is temporary and is deleted when it goes quiet, when you both leave, or when the server restarts. Save anything you want to keep, at the time. We are not able to recover a finished room, and we do not promise that a saved keepsake will exist forever.
No promises about uptime
Sunny is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It might be down, a round might break, a photo might not arrive, and an AI-judged verdict may be nonsense — it is a party game, not a referee. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, and since the product is free there is no refund to argue about.
Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot legally be removed. Consumer law where you live wins over anything on this page.
Changes
These terms can change; the date at the top will change with them. Carrying on using Sunny after that means the new version applies. Questions go through the feedback box inside any activity.
Written honestly, from what the software actually does, and not from a template — but not by a lawyer, and not reviewed by one. These terms should be looked at properly before Sunny takes any money. Nothing here is legal advice.
